Each course is 6 sessions and designed to hone in on the areas of your life that you are finding a challenge. The sessions are designed to allow you to go at your own pace, so there are no set dates, so you move on to the next session only when you feel ready and have incorporated the previous lesson.

Together we guide you to a deeper understanding of your emotional landscape, helping you identify and comprehend your emotions and responses, ultimately fostering healthier responses to life’s challenges. You will explore the connection between your emotional experiences and spiritual growth, gaining insights into how emotions influence your spiritual journey and learn various spiritual techniques to manage and balance your emotions effectively. The course includes a range of practical exercises designed to help you identify and understand your emotions, enabling you to develop healthier emotional responses to different situations through guided practices and experiential learning.

Many people associate the term with North American or Mongolian First Nations people but whilst the term is derived from Tungus people in Siberia, it is more accurately understood as a method or technique for spiritual exploration and healing, deeply rooted in the traditions and cosmologies of indigenous and tribal peoples and is not tied to a specific religion or nation.

Despite variations across different cultures, shamanism generally emphasises a deep connection to nature and the belief in an interconnected universe where humans, spirits, ancestors and the natural world are closely intertwined. It is about connection and healing.

Through these explorations we work together to find your spiritual path and to re-establish your connections to your self and the world around you. You will learn to connect with your ancestors, through meditation and ritual , to seek knowledge and guidance from your spirit and power animals, learn how to heal yourself, re-establish your connection with nature and develop a sense of purpose in your life.

Please note that these are shamanistic principles that we will explore not specific techniques derived from any particular culture, nor do we advocate the use of drugs for the deeper spiritual connections.
