My counselling approach is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) and I draw upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to provide practical tools for managing challenges and achieving your goals.

I offer two distinct approaches to support your journey:

Spiritual/Holistic Counselling:
This holistic approach fosters a deeper connection and incorporates your whole being – mind, body, and spirit – by combining traditional counselling with mindfulness practices and other holistic techniques.
